Swimming Pool Qualifications

Being a custom builder, our swimming pools start in the $40,000s. Adding a spa can be $15,000-$20,000 or more. Decking is another big cost contributor. Once your pool is finished, you will need to do some landscaping. Budget at least 10% of your pool cost, with 15-20% average to landscape and retrofit your irrigation system before and after your pool is built.
